The front window and patio with the walkway leading up to the little patio pictured in 031 below.

The side of the house. The super-tall trees on the right run along the back yard between the house and the garage/driveway. In 050, you can see the stairs that run up the side - there's a large steel gate that leads into the back yard and a walkway that runs along the side of the house (above the short little wall next to the sidewalk) that leads to the side door that you can see in 032 below.

Livingroom. I almost had to do a panorama of this room - it's huge. There's a big blank wall to the left, great for a huge tv or projector. Cathedral ceilings with track lighting (one of the things that needs 'renewal' I think - or maybe they'd just look better with fresh bulbs. They're so damn high I don't think the previous occupant could replace them properly.)

Dining area. Between the kitchen and the livingroom, nice open space with tall windows looking out onto the cute front patio.

This cute little partial octagon sits off the kitchen/dining area. Nice breakfast nook or (in my head) a place for a couple chairs and a little desk or small tables. I just see it as a neat place to sit with a laptop and work with the sun filtering in the windows.

The front patio. There's already a bench and table there, but I'd probably move that out back because I think it'd be a cute place for the cafe table.

There are a lot of ways to come and go in this place. This little bedroom has its own entrance. The window on the right has a small piece of glass broken out of it. Something else I'd want to have fixed. It looks like it probably happened from age and the frame warping because it doesn't look like an impact did it.

Another bedroom (one of the two bigger ones). There's a cable connection there, and a little walk-in closet with a tiny window looking outside. Looks like something for ventilation, really, but I stood in the closet peeking out. There's a shade over it so people can't peek in at your clothes. ;)

The larger of the bathrooms. Double-sinks, toilet, tub and separate shower. The tub has a shower head too, but I can't fathom how you wouldn't flood the bathroom using it since there's no curtain or anywhere to hang one. I didn't photograph the other bathroom - it's smaller and has only the toilet, sink and shower. This one has a broken handle on the left cabinet (the one you can see in 035 above) which should be fixed since you can't open the cabinet without it.

The kitchen. There's also a laundry room to the right of where I was standing for this picture. There's even a little basement for what that's worth. I didn't ask about pets, but there's a doggie door in the door off the laundry/kitchen area so I assume they're pet friendly.
The back yard is private but unremarkable. The patio is sorta blah and unattractive - I think it needs potted plants or something. The 2-car garage is a little narrow for two cars and the olllllllld door on it needs to be replaced, but there's an additional gate with room to park in front of and behind it in the driveway - and snce it's an area with mainly houses, there's actually plenty of permit-only street parking. Guests would find it easy to park and you can get a guest parking pass for them to stick in the window.
I wish I could afford to buy it right now (if it was for sale) - there are so many little things I'd love to "fix up" about it. Nothing a few trips to Restoration Hardware wouldn't fix. It's an old place with the feeling that an old person has lived in it for a while. I really liked it. It's a little bigger than my old place in Orlando.
