The back yard is private but unremarkable. The patio is sorta blah and unattractive - I think it needs potted plants or something. The 2-car garage is a little narrow for two cars and the olllllllld door on it needs to be replaced, but there's an additional gate with room to park in front of and behind it in the driveway - and snce it's an area with mainly houses, there's actually plenty of permit-only street parking. Guests would find it easy to park and you can get a guest parking pass for them to stick in the window.
I wish I could afford to buy it right now (if it was for sale) - there are so many little things I'd love to "fix up" about it. Nothing a few trips to Restoration Hardware wouldn't fix. It's an old place with the feeling that an old person has lived in it for a while. I really liked it. It's a little bigger than my old place in Orlando.
